We accept new or like-new items- all seasons, all sizes, all the time. This allows our Consignors to free up space at any time instead of having to wait on a seasonal calendar like most consignment shops! We are thrilled to have the space to accommodate off-season storage on your behalf. Those items will be brought out to the sales floor

Please just send a message prior to bringing in anything that would not fit in a plastic bin - just to make sure we have room on the show floor.

Our Drop-off Process
We accept drop-offs Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm - no appointment needed! Please bring items in a plastic bin - clothing laid flat or folded once, if necessary. We will inspect each item carefully for stains, wear and tear, batteries, pieces, etc. The items we say yes to will be priced, tagged and put on the sales floor! “No thank you”

We will inspect each item carefully for stains, wear and tear, batteries, pieces, etc. The items we say yes to will be priced, tagged and put on the sales floor! “No thank you” items will be given back to you during our presort. If any stains or issues are discovered during processing, they will be placed in a bag, and we will contact you to pick them up within 48 hours. Or you can choose to have us donate them on your behalf.

Our Drop-off Process
We keep track of all your sales for you! We have online access for our Consignors to check their account balance and inventory status. With our Same Day Processing system, your items are on the sales floor quickly - making money immediately! As soon as your item sells, the money goes into your account. You can use your balance in the store or come by and get a check at any time.
How to Prepare Your Drop-off
- Bring your items in something hard: a tote, laundry basket, or box.
- Clothes should be freshly laundered, lint rolled, and laid completely flat, if possible.
- All buttons, zippers, and snaps should be fastened.
- Shoes should be wiped clean, and laces tied.
- Double-check for stains, rips, pulls, pilling, pet hair, odors, broken zippers, and missing buttons.
- Toys and equipment should be wiped clean, fabric pieces freshly laundered, and batteries working.
- Clean out all purses and bags.
- Dust and wipe down home decor items.
- Place jewelry into plastic baggies.
- Furniture and equipment should be wiped down, clean, free of debris, and ready for sale.
- Please send us a Facebook message or email for approval before bringing in large items.
- All gear must be assembled before, or at the store, for review. Product instructions and manuals always help to sell the item!
- Bring up to 30 pieces of clothing (sets count as 1 piece).
- We accept unlimited plus-size clothing (XL-3X+ and 14-24)!
Drop-off Details
Drop-offs are accepted all day, every day!
First come, first served. We can only accept what we can process in the same day in order to get your items out on the floor and making you money right away! Please arrive as early as you can to ensure your items are accepted and processed that day.
Presort
At drop-off, we will presort your items while you look around the store and give back any "no thank you" items before you leave.
Processing
After the presort is finished and you've left, we will continue to inspect, price, and display your items on our sales floor. We may also choose to store your off-season items for the appropriate season. We strive to process your in-season items the same day you bring them in!
Drop-off Complete
Once we have completed processing your drop-off, you will receive an email stating that your drop-off is complete. If we found imperfections during our second inspection, we will ask you to stop in within 48 hours to pick up those items. Additional "no thank you" items left longer than 48 hours will be donated to a local charity.
Keeping up with your account
You will have online access to check your account balance and inventory at any time! We will send an account update email if you have any return items that need to be picked up.
No Consignment Period Deadline
We do not have consignment periods and your goods do not expire! We do offer semi-annual sales, but your items will be on the sales floor for at least 60 days before they will be included in those seasonal sales.
Getting Paid
You're welcome to shop in-store with your balance or come by the store to pick up a check at any time. Whatever works for you! Consignor commissions are 30-60% based on item selling pricing.
